Check the lawn to see if is being cut. We look at the length of the grass as well as look for excessive dry or weed infested areas. Also look at the shrubs and trees to determine if there is any obvious problems.  (not included with standard service)

Visual inspection of the ceilings for any signs of water leaks

Alarm System Check

Check alarm system to make sure it is armed.

Check exterior lights to make sure all are working. Adjust schedule if necessary

Door and yard signs

Some providers leave signs in the yard or cards in the door. We will pick these up and place them in the residence for your information

Run disposal with water to check plumbing

Accept a delivery

We can be the point of contact to have an item delivered to the home

Automobiles

Check on automobile. Start the automobile and let run for 5 minutes

Home Closing

We can help close your home after departure. Service include arranging for cleaning of interior, clean out the refrigerator, empty all the trash cans, setting the a/c systems, setting the light timers, notice to post office of mail forward, arrange for lawn service, have cars detailed, etc

Home Opening

Our home opening service will make your homecoming sweet. Services include turning the A/C down, arrange light cleaning, stock the refrigerator, start the newspaper, check cable or TV service, charge the golf cart, get the vehicles detailed, windows washed, etc

Provide access for service

There may be times while your away that you would like maintenance service performed at the residence. We can open the residence for the provider and monitor the work
